It is equipped with a creative 16:10 ratio display and intelligent functions such as AI noise cancellation, allowing you to work anytime, anywhere, and improve work efficiency for a wide range of uses from private to business.

The display has an aspect ratio of 16:10 (1920x1200 pixels). The 16:10 display (1920x1200 pixels) is 8.2% larger vertically than a typical 16:9 Full HD display (1920x1080 pixels), and its operability is comparable to a 14-inch display with a 16:9 aspect ratio. The display design also minimizes reflections on the display. Anti-glare treatment reduces glare on the display, making it easy to see even during long work hours, reducing eye fatigue.

ANTENNA BUILD AT THE TOP

There is relatively more Wi-Fi signal interference in the office environment. VAIO places the antenna at the top of the screen to make the signal reception more stable.

16:10 (1920x1200 pixels) screens have more vertical expansion than 16:9 screens, and tables can display more rows. This can improve work efficiency because you can grasp a lot of information at a glance without scrolling the screen.

MIL-STD-810H CERTIFIED

In pursuit of perfect quality, VAIO has designed dozens of scenarios to simulate various usage situations and conducted internal tests to ensure that the computer is sturdy and durable, so you can travel with confidence. VAIO® S13 has also passed a number of rigorous military-grade tests and certifications (MIL-STD-810H)* established by the U.S. Department of Defense, strictly controlling its quality.

*MIL standard (MIL-STD-810H), tested under certain conditions set by VAIO to confirm that basic functions are not damaged. The purpose of the test is to collect reliability data, and it cannot ensure that falling, shock, vibration, or changes in the use environment will not cause damage.

180° ROTATION ANGLE

The VAIO display can be opened to 180 degrees. You can flip the screen image by simply pressing the dedicated shortcut key (Fn+2). The touchpad control will automatically flip at the same time, making work or entertainment more flexible and easy.

KEYBOARD OPTIMIZATION MAKES WORKING FROM HOME MORE COMFORTABLE

VAIO® S13 compact model is equipped with a standard full-size keyboard with a key travel of 1.5mm, which makes input more comfortable and quieter. The keycaps are disc-shaped with a 0.3mm concave position on the top. When typing on the keyboard, the keycaps fit the fingertips better, further reducing the probability of incorrect input. The key surface is coated with a specially developed UV hardening coating, which greatly improves the anti-fouling performance.

CAMERA OPTIMIZATION FOR CLEARER REMOTE COMMUNICATION

VAIO® S13's high-performance front camera has approximately 920,000 pixels, which can capture the user's face in high-definition quality. The newly installed noise removal technology achieves a resolution that exceeds that of previous products. In addition, there is a physical switch that can be turned off with one click to protect user privacy.

REMOTE MEETINGS ARE MORE EFFICIENT WITHOUT FEAR OF NOISE

VAIO®S13 uses intelligent noise reduction technology to remove environmental noise (including various daily life noises indoors and outdoor noises), so that the voice is clearer to the other party, and remote meetings are undisturbed and more efficient.

STEREO MICROPHONE ARRAY

The stereo microphone array is located on both sides of the high-performance front camera. It is specially designed by VAIO to improve noise reduction efficiency and recording quality, and clearly convey the voice of the user in front.
